We begin our week with the energy of Palm Sunday–and you’ll want to keep a firm grip on your spiritual nature the rest of the week since this is the wind-up for a mid-week Full Moon in Libra. And as is often the case during a Full Moon week, the energy is challenging, so think about where and when you can add some self-care work to your routine! Note, that as always, all times indicated in this blog are PDT.
Sunday 24 March 2013 (0 Stars): The Moon enters Virgo at 8:49 AM bringing our focus to issues of health care, service, work and care of our dependents. Now is a great time to stock up on vitamins, herbal remedies and other alternative health care remedies (or pencil in a visit to your health practitioner). The Moon in opposition to Neptune spells problems with our perceptions; we may be engaging in escapist behaviors, deluding ourselves or others may hope to delude us! Either way, it’s best not to make any agreements now, either verbal or written, until clarity of thought returns.
Late night chats should be called off as well since the Moon will be opposing Mercury at 11:38 PM; compromise is your watch word here, but it might just be best to wait until after the Full Moon to hammer out agreements or complete communication projects.
Monday 25 March 2013 (2 Stars): The Moon sextile Saturn at 4:01 AM hints that you may have some early morning duty that pulls you out of the bed sooner than you might wish. The Moon square Jupiter at 4:31 suggests you reign in your expectations and promises as exaggeration or over promising could get you into a lot of hot water (if it hasn’t already done so). Pitch your grand plan to a key player in your industry, conduct research work to uncover a mystery or do some law of attraction work to assist you in breaking a persistent, unhelpful habit when the Moon trines Pluto at 5:45 AM. Note: the Moon is void of course the remainder of day, so stick to finishing up tasks today rather than launching new projects at this time.
Tuesday 26 March 2013 (1 Star): Mars sextile Jupiter at 3:27 AM could produce some racket in the middle of the night to disturb your sleep; it’s really not a good thing for aggressive Mars to come into contact with expansive Jupiter, so keep your eyes open and avoid trouble. Bring the melatonin, the noise reduction headphones and some sleep mp3s to bed Monday evening–then cross your fingers for a peaceful night’s sleep!
The Moon enters Libra at 2:32 PM and our key relationships are in focus leading up to Wednesday’s Full Moon; later Mars mixes it up via a square with Pluto at 8:44 PM. If Mars getting into it with Jupiter isn’t good, mixing it up with the Lord of Death (Pluto) is really not good. Do what you can to be home early and out of harms way.
Wednesday 27 March 2013 (1 Star): This one star day is just begging for some peaceful, solitary meditation work, so do what you can to carve out some time to just be still today. The Moon opposes Venus at 1:49 AM–not a good sign since our Full Moon at 2:27 AM is in relationship oriented, Venus ruled Libra. Relationships may suddenly come unglued…so we might just say this is a love (or money) on the rocks kind of Full Moon experience. On a side note, those of you who have planets impacted by this Full Moon may find it difficult to sleep–so keep that melatonin and lavender oil close at hand.
The Full Moon at six degrees of Libra will impact Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn natives who were born early in their respective signs, as well as those who have planets (other than the Sun) early in the signs just mentioned. Since Mars and Pluto have both been active within the last 24 hours (and Mars and Pluto are active again today) it is possible we may hear of some earth shaking news for a political leader or some aggressive action being taken on the world stage. Be careful out there folks, this is not the time to become embroiled in a defiant scenario with anyone.
The Moon in opposition to Uranus at 5:05 AM suggests some early morning shock greets us upon awakening, while the Moon trine Jupiter at 9:50 AM offers humanity the courage and optimism to find the bright side in all things. The Moon square Pluto at 10:27 AM brings a wrestling match with VIP’s or the boss; no point in arguing–especially if the person in question is known to be a bit of a hot head; just do as you’re asked and roll on. This is doubly true since the Moon opposes hot headed Mars at 11:14 AM! And that ladies and gentlemen is all the mayhem I think we ever need to have on a Full Moon in Libra day! The Moon is void of course after that last aspect until tomorrow, which gives us some time to recover from the early morning bad juju the Universe has thrown our way.
Thursday 28 March 2013 (4 Stars): The Universe plays kiss and makeup with a four(ish) star day after yesterday’s Celestial mash-up beginning with an awkward Mercury trine Saturn aspect at 2:48 AM (you’ll see why I say four(ish) in a moment). The Mercury/Saturn meetup may give you some anxiety if you’re up and about, so if you can’t sleep try some light yoga or meditation to ease your worries. The Sun conjoining Venus at 10:05 AM could bring the soulmate of your dreams front and center–and this would be a classic Full Moon reveal given that the Full Moon in Libra is all about partnerships (Full Moons in general are all about something hidden being revealed). There could also be funding for a major creative project since Venus rules money and other things that we value.
Another sign that love may find you suddenly (or money!)–Venus conjoins Uranus at 4:01 PM. There is some sudden shifting that is likely to occur around love and money issues today, no doubt, as the Sun conjoins Uranus at 5:38 PM. The Moon finally enters Scorpio at 5:54 PM, so all of that quaking took place while the Moon was void of course–the Celestial pranksters trying to punk us, you could say. But aspects are what we make them, so set some intentions for the seeds of something wonderful to burst into full bloom once the Moon skips into transformational Scorpio 😉
Friday 29 March 2013 (4 Stars): The Moon trine Neptune at 12:52 AM brings prophetic dreams, so be sure to have pen and paper to capture them before you go off to sleep. Bombastic communications of some sort arrive courtesy of a Mercury-Jupiter square at 9:56 AM; be prepared to put up with a lot of hot air (or traffic since Mercury rules transportation). The Moon conjoins Saturn at 11:13 AM; it’s likely we’ll have boring or slow moving, tedious tasks arrive at this time that we can’t shake off. Mercury sextile Pluto at 11:31 AM may give your communications an added dose of pizzaz and power while the Moon sextile Pluto at 1:18 PM heightens your intuitive abilities and is also a helpmate for uncovering secrets or breaking challenging habits.
Finish off the day by giving a wonderful presentation–or polishing p one when the Moon trines Mercury at 1:25 PM. The Moon is void of course after that last aspect until tomorrow night, so avoid starting new projects until after the Moon changes signs.
Saturday 30 March 2013 (0 Stars): The Moon enters Sagittarius at 8:13 PM after being void of course all day; legal concerns, affairs with people at a distance and higher education are just some of the things we will be focusing on in the next couple of days. Meanwhile, the void of course period is good for finishing up old projects, meditation and resting–just don’t start any new projects!
We’ve only got one more day left and we can say goodbye to March and the first quarter of the year. Now might be a good time to see how your projects are tracking and you can schedule your private Astrology or Tarot consultation here. I’m looking forward to working with you!
And that’s it for this week; join me next Saturday when I’ll be dishing all the Celestial news you can use; till then be safe and…
